Exquisite and lyrical. Best interpretation of Walton's Bagatelles I have ever heard. This could be Isbin's best CD. Too bad, it is out of print.

Veritas
When I first listened to Nightshade Rounds,
I didn't find it all that great.
Good, but not great.
But, like so many things that are sublime,
you must experience them more than once
to fully appreciate them.
That was the case for me with this recording.
Each time that I listen to it I like it more.
If you like solo "classical" guitar music,
Sharon Isbin is a master and this is a recording
well worth listening to.
