Addicting! August 13, 2008 E. Montoya This show is addicting. It has been great watching the actors develop the character into their own. Surprises on almost every episode and spectacular graphics.
not bad but not great January 20, 2008 Veronica Taylor It was nice to hear the familiar sounds from the show but I was disappointed a little. I don't think the songs were as well rounded as I wanted. In any case, I use it for meditation with only mild irritation.
Amazing. Just Amazing. November 26, 2007 Matthew Hess (Linthicum Heights, MD United States) All of the BSG soundtrack/scores are just incredible. They are one of the many reasons this show is top notch. Bear McCreary is an amazingly talented individual and I look forward to listening to his works for a long time.
Amazing! November 6, 2007 A. Fassnacht This soundtrack is amazing. It's such an unusual score with heavy use of irregular rhythms and unique instrumentation, but yet it's still amazing and conveys the emotion of the show so well.
Good companion for Battlestar Fans May 7, 2007 A. Lowe (Oklahoma) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
If you're a Battlestar Galatica Fan, this audio is an excellent companion to your collection. Passacaglia, Forgiven, and The Shape of Things to Come are emotional and addictive orchestral soundtracks. Not every song from the first season is included in this CD. The opening credit songs for the UK and the US versions and the battle songs (The Thousandth Landing, Battle on the Asteroid) are included. Battlestar Muzaktica is quite odd and doesn't fit with the collection of songs.
