The much anticipated double CD of John Mayer in concert includes all the guitar player's hits, and the sound is unique. But the album is nothing more than a compilation of the different facets of Mayer, whose performance is divided into his three major stages. In the first part, he sings with the sole accompaniment of his acoustic guitar. Then he moves to a more jazz- and blues-inclined trio format (guitar, bass, and drums). Finally, Mayer joins his entire band with a rock sound. The truth is that the musician did not make the least effort to come up with new arrangements for his songs. If you have Mayer's previous live CDs, there's is not a single note here that you haven't heard before. --Ernesto Sanchez (People en Espanol  ) He aqui el esperado disco doble en concierto de John Mayer, el mismo incluye todos los exitos del guitarrista y tiene un sonido es excepcional. Love Love Love it! Very happy with the entire cd. He is an amazing singer with such a smooth voice. This album is a little more blues sounding than the others. Buy it!!

I don't know why Amazon decided to use the review from People en Espanol for this album, but the reviewer must have either been high or drunk when he listened and wrote that review. The music, John Mayer's arrangements of the songs, everything is pure perfection. No need to repeat things other reviewers have already said. Just buy it. You won't be disappointed.

I've read the editorial piece on this site concerning this Live cd and i'll have to disagree totally with this reviewer.I'd buy the whole double disc cd alone just to have Mayers cover version of Tom Pettys Free Falling.It's a hard thing to cover someone elses song but John simply blows me away with this one.I have the dvd and I am thrilled that this is now available on cd.Exellent.Its a Gem.I have As/Is and Try,also his studio cds and I can honestly say they all have something different to offer.
