Songs you know by heartJune 24, 2008 Licinda Jean Mytych(Baltimore, Maryland) I adore this soundtrack. It's in my car and I listen to it and sing along with it almost each week. Good old fashioned love songs, country songs and songs about hope. So good I'd buy it for all my friends (not the guys...but definitely the women)!

I liked this movie. What's not to like with Sandra Bullock in it. Throw in a little Harry Conick Jr and you have a movie that is at least good to look at. But the music is what makes this movie. I bought the Soundtrack soon after the movie came out but along the way it got lost. After purchasing and watching the movie several weeks ago I decided I needed the CD again. It is just as good the second time around. The only drawback to the CD is that the Garth Brooks version of "To Make You Feel My Love" is not on there. You have to buy one of Garth's CD's to get that. It does have the Trisha Yearwood version though. Be careful that you pick the cd with the picture with Sandra Bullock and Harry on it. There is another cd out there that bills its self as the soundtrack to Hope Floats but it is only the instrmental music that was written for the movie not the songs. Enjoy!
Loved it.....April 26, 2008 Steven Kershaw(Dublin, Ireland) Really enjoyed this CD. Brought back alot of memories that i had forgotten. Will treasure this one.
Hope stays afloatApril 24, 2008 Ken Elvy(London) 'Hope Floats' was lifted from being an OK movie to something more memorable by the soundtrack, which includes at least half a dozen great songs. My favourite - 'To make you feel my love' - features Garth Brooks but, on the CD is sung instead by Trisha Yearwood: and her version is simply wonderful. It's a CD worth listening to
Great variety of music.March 8, 2008 Carolyn Lariccia Lost this cd years ago and I have been searching for it ever since. Great music. Love it! Wish Garth Brooks would have sung the title song, instead of Trisha Yearwood.
