Amazon.com Listen up, nostalgia buffs, fans of kitschy 1970s television, and David Cassidy fans everywhere: you can still get A Partridge Family Christmas Card, it's not too late--even though the show debuted decades ago. Shirley Jones and her brood sail through 11 numbers here, marking only one as original. The likeable "My Christmas Card to You" falls amid bubble-gum master Cassidy singing most of the leads and going for dramatic effect on "Blue Christmas." The teen heartthrob is technically not a bad singer, so if you're a fan of the show or its first family, this might be what the Ghost of Christmas Past had in mind for your holiday amusement! --Martin Keller

I have the album, not the CD, but it's groovy December 5, 2008 Guy Paul Swenson (Austin, TX USA) I just bought this album on vinyl. It's great. The arrangements are unique - completely Partridge Family, but just a little bit more sensitive than the pop releases. I love Cassidy's voice and it's also great to hear Shirley solo. This album makes me smile.
One Great rocking Christmas album October 20, 2008 stormfront (New Jersey) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful

Great Xmas album...get the Razor & Tie version March 14, 2007 Micaloneus (the Cosmos) 1 out of 3 found this review helpful
If you are a fan of those great early Partridge Family albums, then you owe it to yourself to get these, the 1993 Razor & Tie versions and not the recent re-masters of 2000 and 2003. Why? Razor & Tie did not tamper with the sound quality, as a result, Razor & Tie CD's sound like the records you remember. I made the mistake of buying the re-masters thinking they would sound even greater; NOT!
Who doesn't like a Partridge Christmas? December 19, 2006 Larue (Ocean County, New Jersey United States) 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
Yes, my Mom and Dad bought this album for me, back in the 70's, complete with the "autographed" card, and I wore it out on the turntable! A few years ago my Mom found it in the discount Xmas CD bin at Wal-Mart and bought it for me as a surprise. It brought back many memories. Even tho I'm 43 years old now, out of all the Christmas CDs I own this is the one I listen to the most. Love it! Who doesn't like to hear a little David Cassidy during the holidays??
Love David Cassidy singing Christmas November 12, 2004 K. Latimer (North East England , UK.) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
Just want to share with all you people out there who have listened to this as a child, that i didnt realise how many STILL listen to it years later and its a good feeling to know that like me you also loved hearing these songs since the 70's! Merry Christmas all!
