Nek+Romantix ! January 4, 2006 Steve Boorstein (europe) 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
Yeah, they are good, but before you buy this album u should be sure what u want really. If you are into psychobilly or a newbie at this stuff it would be ok for you, but if you are a professional psychobilly listener pick another album of Nekro or some other bands, u cant find loud voices or bass like u can hear on HorrorPops albums, but somehow this album has good songs that u will love undoubtly. Good for archive as well with pretty album design =) siyarozen@yahoo.com
Nekromantix keeps it saucy, dude September 18, 2005 Aaron 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I don't know why people are ragging on the new cd. If the band sounds a little different that's a good thing. It keeps 'em from going stale. This cd is awesome. It's buy far one of my favorites and Nekromantix is the greatest psychobilly band ever.
High quality sound with catchy songs May 26, 2005 B. Seech 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
At first this album did not jump out of the speakers and slap me in the face. However, after the fourth or fifth hearing I started to wake-up in the middle of the night hearing "Ghoulina" playing in my head! This album provides some high quality psycho-billy and implants its sound inside your memory to enjoy, say...while you sleep.
Gotta love it. September 19, 2004 Chemosh (Tucson, Az) 3 out of 6 found this review helpful
I'm new to the pyschobilly scene. I first heard Tiger Army then hear these guys on Punk-o-Rama. They are very awesome. This is the first CD I've heard of theirs and I love it. Some of the more oustanding tracks I think are: Struck By A Wreckin' Ball, Where Do Monsters Go, Dead Moon Walkin', and Dead By Dawn. I think its very much worth the money. The Bass is excellent and the lyrics are killer. Go out and by it!!!
Psychobilly that rocks! July 19, 2004 Poop crap (Dirt) 0 out of 4 found this review helpful
The Nek Romantix are one awsome band, next to Tiger Army one of the best Psychobilly bands out there. Their newest cd "Dead Girls Dont Cry" is prob one of their most solid albums. If you love Psychobilly and the NekRomantix, this cd will really fill your needs.
