This cd is a wonderful rendition of the history of American music. The artists are skilled enough to experiment and gifted enough to pull off their take on these music selections. Crofut's voice is strong and honest. However, his WICKED banjo playing is what makes you remember his name. Brubeck is an effortless music master, his musicianship is unmatchable. One can just feel the excitement of the making of this live concert. This is ONE FUN CD!
