Amazon.com Anyone who is still clueless about what a great singer Ronnie Dunn is need only grab this second greatest-hits package from Brooks & Dunn, a 17-song compilation that skims the commercial high points from the duo's 1998-2004 period. Dunn, the quintessential balladeer, soars on honky-tonk laments and reminiscences like "Red Dirt Road" and "How Long Gone," and on full-throated romantic plaints like "That's What She Gets for Loving Me" and "It's Getting Better All the Time." His sidekick, the underrated guitarist, utility singer, and all-around dynamo Kix Brooks, also gets his moment to shine on a marvelous '60s-style, 18-wheeler ditty called "Independent Trucker," one of three new cuts included here. --Bob Allen

GH2 September 3, 2008 J. Warren Benton (Elizabeth city) Ok some bands I think prematurely put out their first Greatest hits album so they have to make a second one. with these guys is not the case, they just have so many good songs. I imagine they will have more GH's albums to come.

This Brooks and Dunn cd is awesome. But everything they do is awesome. The cd arrived without any damage and I listened to it right away. If you like Brooks and Dunn and don't want to buy every cd they have made then the Greatest Hits are always a good purchase.
Ye-hah! December 5, 2007 Philip Gardner (Melbourne, Australia) Brooks and Dunn have been doing it for a long time and haven't dropped their standards. This collection is a great introduction to their music. Clean, smooth, well produced. Country music fans will love it.
Real Country April 12, 2007 D. E. Zalneraitis It's amazing to think they have more than enough for another greatest hits compilation! Full of originals that will always be greatest hits.

Ok, you see two stars up there and you start thinking to yourself "what could possibly be wrong with this album" Well, there is something wrong with this album. If you do not believe me then look it up for yourself. This does have great songs on here and all of their hits to mention that. But I just noticed something, and I have had this album for a year or two. There is three songs that is not on here that was hits on the radio. They might not have been big hits, but they did get air play. (missing you) from their "tight rope" album (you'll always be loved by me) from their "tight rope" album and (I am that man) from the "boarderline" album.
