Album Description LP 180 Gram Vinyl of Tupelo Honey, an album by Northern Irish singer-songwriter Van Morrison, released in 1971. The hymn-like title track has been an enduring hit, as well as the other single released from the album, "Wild Night". The namesake for the album is a varietal honey produced from the flowers of the tupelo tree in southeastern US. The cover photograph showed Janet, his wife at the time, on horseback and Van walking alongside. 9 tracks.

Rwcord quality problem.August 15, 2008 Dewayne J. Williams 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I made two attempts to buy this new edition of Tupelo Honey and both had defects. On both albums defects were found on "Old Woodstock" and "I want to roo you" After the second one had the same issue as the first I asked for a refund. I would be wary of this pressing until we see that the quality control has improved. On the bright side it was simple and easy to do the returns with Amazon. A great job on the Amazon customer service side of the issue.
