This is the transition of Madonna, from the 80's pop to the experimental music in the middle of the 90's. A Really agresive and deep sound, with colaborations with Nelle Hooper and Bjork. U definitly have to hear this before u die. I rated this item 4, because of the high level of "Ray of Light" by Madonna

Madonna is like a timeless piece of jewelry or better yet, a bottle of wine that only gets better with time. She can't be out dated or because of her talents be understated. She represents a form of evolution that secures her place in the world of entertainment and further places her at the top of a list of legendary players. With Bedtime Stories she proved that with right amount of talent you can change your tune a bit and still be on top. She has been a favorite of mine for many years, I've been listening to Madonna since before I entered my teen years and will share her music with my children. Bedtime Stories is a different Madonna but still Madonna nonetheless.
"Let's get unconscious honey..."March 30, 2007 ADRIENNE MILLER(TENNESSEE) Even though this is my least favorite cd from Madge, I do think there are some great r&b songs even though I prefer her pop songs instead. Songs I do appreciate are: Survival, Secret, Human Nature, Forbidden Love, Bedtime Story and Take A Bow. I heard Madge was frustrated when she worked on this album back in 1994. She complained there were too many producers and it caused this album to get second-guessed as her least creative work. Human Nature is her strongest and fearless track of all-time, I love how frank and guiltless she sounds on that track. I recommend Ray of Light and American Life, these are stronger albums but Bedtime Stories was good but not great, but I love ya Madge, so keep on doing your thang!
