Album Description
2008 expanded reissue of this album from the eccentric brotherly Pop duo, originally released in 1988 and including bonus tracks. Interior Design marked the end of a decade which had seen them reinvent themselves as a Synth duo, enjoy renewed chart success in the UK, become huge in France and remarkably, finally enjoy some recognition in America signing for three albums to the very bastion of recorded music gravitas, Atlantic Records. Bonus tracks include 'Madonna' (French Version), 'Madonna' (German Version), 'Madonna' (Spanish Version), 'The Big Brass Ring' and 'So Important' (Extremely Important Remix). Lil Beethoven.

great to have this piece of late 80s synthpop rereleased, but calling it 'expanded' is an exaggeration. These 15 tracks are the SAME EXACT tracks that are on the original release...

I bought this album after much searching on Amazon.
The reason I hunted it down was that it had a song, "Big Brass Ring" which I originally heard on the Plagiarism album. I should have realised that along with the rest of the re-worked songs on that set, that the original would not sound at all familiar ... and it doesn't unfortunately.
This is a rather poor effort for a band which is capable of high quality, humerous and often funky music.
